The Single-Link Video Thread
Occasionally, I come across a video I think Monkeys would find interesting, but which falls into an awkward category. There’s no thematically-related thread to post it in or it’s too interesting to bury in a older related thread, but I don’t feel it’s significant enough to warrant an FPP of its own.
I know opinion is divided on single-link video FPP’s; heck, even my own opinion is divided on the matter. So, I thought I’d put up this thread for a couple of videos I wanted to link, and for a place for others to do the same if they want.

Curious George Goes Back to School.
I need a book recommendation.
I need to read and review a book about nonfiction writing. My instructor is one of those types who won't give you any kind of guidance about this sort of thing because she's lazy she's flaky she wants students to make their own choices, which of course always turn out to be wrong. It's a real stab in the dark, which is what I'm tempted to give her instead of a review.

Digging a hole to China?
Use the Map Tunneling Tool to figure out where you'd really end up if you dug a hole through the Earth's core.
Apparently, I'd come out somewhere off the southwest coast of Australia. Antipodean Monkeys, keep watching the waters!
